Our team brings together a depth of experience in working with families during the earliest years, alongside lived experience of parenthood. Grounded in infant mental health and attachment-informed practice, they work with both baby and parent together, creating space for connection to grow over time.

Our team works in a trauma-informed way, recognising the impact of experiences on both parents and babies. We prioritise safety, trust, and relationships in everything we do.

We work in partnership with professionals across the area, offering a way for families who may not need clinical intervention, but would value time, space, and guidance around their early relationship with their baby.

Our practitioners are trained to work with both baby and caregiver together, recognising the importance of early relationships. Their approach is grounded in understanding each baby’s cues, supporting connection, and working alongside families in a way that feels respectful and responsive.
